Overview

Since every order is produced on demand, we cannot offer refunds. Returns for wrong sizes or items are also not possible. We can offer a return and exchange only in case the item you received is damaged or defected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send an email to

bobbi@cat-cottage-design.com for every questions about returning and exchanging your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your new order will be processed, and your new item will be produced and sent to you.
